Description

You will design and lead distributed application environments and microservices architectures on-site in Plano, TX.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement distributed applications and microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
• Architect cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS services and serverless deployment models.
• Integrate applications via SOAP/REST Web Services, ESB, JMS, and file/data transfers.
• Lead development within an Agile Scrum methodology to deliver scalable software.
• Manage application integrations using ESB and JMS.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional programming experience with Java and J2EE.
• Extensive experience with AWS services including EC2, ECS, S3, CloudWatch, SQS, SNS, and Lambda.
• Proficiency with AWS DevOps tools: CodeBuild, CodeCommit, CodePipeline, API Gateway, and CloudFormation.
• Deep understanding of Microservices, Spring, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
• Expertise with REST and SOAP Web Services.
• Experience with Angular 8, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML for full-stack requirements.
• Knowledge of XML and distributed application environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading development teams within an Agile Scrum framework.
