Description

Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale Java applications and technical architectures.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design architectural blueprints and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Define development workflows, coding standards, and technology stacks.
• Mentor junior developers on architecture design and engineering best practices.
• Evaluate and recommend tools to optimize platform performance and scalability.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to design standards.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Java development.
• 3+ years in a senior or architectural role.
• Expertise in designing enterprise-scale applications with Java and Spring Boot.
• Proficiency with Hibernate and related Java technologies.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience using Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Solid understanding of design patterns and Java performance tuning.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
