Description

You will lead technical design and provide architectural direction for Java-based systems, ensuring efficient team progress and solving complex architectural problems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team by providing technical guidance and design patterns.
• Identify architectural problems and implement creative technical solutions.
• Remove technical blockers to ensure efficient team progress.
• Design and develop Java microservices using modern frameworks.
• Oversee back-end development involving relational and NoSQL databases.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Java, J2EE, and Spring Boot development.
• Expertise in building microservices using Java 8 or Java 11.
• Deep understanding of Java Collections, Threads, and concurrency.
• Proficiency in Object-Oriented programming and design patterns.
• Experience with Git or GitHub for distributed version control.
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
• Experience working with Relational Database Management Systems.
• Any Graduate degree.
