Description

You will own the technical direction and architecture of product systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define the technical target state of the product and drive strategy achievement.
• Engage technical teams and business stakeholders to propose technical approaches for current and future needs.
• Evaluate recommendations and provide feedback on new technologies.
• Develop secure, high-quality production code and review/debug peer code.

Required Skills

• 5+ years applied experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Advanced proficiency in Java and software engineering.
• Proficiency in automation and continuous delivery methods (CI/CD).
• Proficiency across all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle.
• Advanced understanding of agile methodologies, application resiliency, and security.
• Practical cloud-native experience.
• In-depth knowledge of the financial services industry and its IT systems.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
