Description

Lead technical design and development within an agile scrum team to deliver business value.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the enterprise architecture group to establish common designs and architectures.
• Develop and deploy code through continuous development pipelines using GitHub, Jenkins, and serverless YAML.
• Perform software, code, requirements, release, and deployment analysis.
• Build prototypes by leveraging existing or new architectures to meet customer functional needs.
• Lead a group of developers and guide junior team members on technical and functional expectations.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Deep proficiency in Java 17 and AWS.
• Experience with GitHub, Jenkins, and serverless YAML.
• Hands-on experience with unit testing frameworks such as Jest or Jasmin.
• Expertise in code analysis and requirements analysis.
• Ability to act as an independent contributor while leading developer groups.
• Experience working within agile scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience guiding junior developers on technical and functional requirements.
