You will define and guide complex architectural initiatives within the engineering practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop relationships with internal and external business partners and stakeholders.
• Own the analysis and design of architecture for larger, high-risk, or complex projects.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation opportunities within testing processes.
• Act as an expert resource for exchanging architectural information across project teams and vendors.
• Contribute to team development by mentoring others and sharing quality engineering best practices.

Required Skills

• Expert knowledge of architecture for your technology, tools, processes, and procedures.
• Advanced knowledge of TD applications, programming languages, industry best practices, and organizational standards.
• Demonstrated experience in Risk Management and maintaining a culture of risk control.
• Ability to manage and escalate non-standard, high-risk activities.
• Proven ability to work autonomously on complex, highly visible architecture projects.
• Strong verbal and communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Minimum of 7+ years of relevant experience.
