You will define and guide complex architectural initiatives within the engineering practice.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the analysis and design of architecture for larger, high-risk, or complex projects.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation opportunities within testing processes.
• Mentor others and share quality engineering best practices to contribute to team development.
• Act as an expert resource for exchanging architectural information across project teams and vendors.
• Manage and escalate non-standard, high-risk activities while maintaining a culture of risk control.

Required Skills

• Expert knowledge of architecture, tools, processes, and procedures.
• Advanced knowledge of TD applications, programming languages, and industry best practices.
• Demonstrated experience in Risk Management.
• Proven ability to work autonomously on complex, highly visible architecture projects.
• Strong verbal and communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Minimum of 7+ years of relevant experience.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop relationships with internal and external business partners.
• Experience maintaining organizational standards.
