Description

You will architect, design, and develop scalable immunization and disease surveillance systems. This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable Java/Spring applications and own the full project lifecycle from requirements to maintenance.
• Analyze user needs to recommend and implement information system changes.
• Troubleshoot design flaws and resolve system bottlenecks.
• Design and implement reactive micro-services and ESB orchestrated SOA.

Required Skills

• 8+ years experience with Java, Spring, and Angular Framework.
• 8+ years experience with Linux and Windows operating systems.
• 8+ years experience with Docker and Kubernetes on AWS.
• 8+ years experience with Reactive micro-services and ESB orchestrated SOA.
• 5+ years experience with Staged Event-driven Messaging Architecture (SEDA).
• 8+ years experience with PL/SQL, Unix Shell Script, JavaScript, and Python.
• 3+ years experience using GIT, Maven, Jenkins, and ANT.
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and government business processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with immunization or disease surveillance systems.
