Description

Define and design application architecture using Java and related frameworks for microservices-based distributed systems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design microservices-based architectures and distributed systems.
• Create architecture blueprints, technical standards, and best practices.
• Lead design reviews to ensure adherence to coding and architectural guidelines.
• Guide teams on performance optimization, scalability, and security.
• Translate business and product requirements into technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience with Core Java (Java 8+).
• Strong command of Spring and Spring Boot.
• Experience with Microservices and RESTful APIs.
• Proficiency with messaging systems like Kafka.
• Knowledge of databases including Oracle, MySQL, and MongoDB.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or Google Cloud Platform).
• Understanding of containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
