Description

You will design and architect scalable Java applications, leading end-to-end development and cloud migration efforts.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development using Spring Boot and microservices architectures.
• Drive cloud migration efforts across AWS, Azure, or GCP environments.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and enforce DevOps best practices.
• Oversee code quality, conduct architecture reviews, and define technical standards.
• Mentor junior and senior developers while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of Java development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Proven track record in CI/CD pipeline implementation.
• Experience managing API development and third-party integrations.
• Knowledge of secure coding practices and compliance standards.
• Ability to optimize application performance and system reliability.
• Experience leading agile processes, including sprint planning and estimation.
