Description

You will design and oversee scalable backend and frontend architectures for microservices-based systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Architect microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
• Design and manage data persistence layers with JPA, Hibernate, and various databases.
• Oversee integration of frontend frameworks with RESTful APIs.
• Lead deployment and orchestration via containerization and cloud infrastructure.

Required Skills

• 13+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, JPA, and Hibernate.
• Proven experience building RESTful APIs and Microservices.
• Proficiency in React.js, Angular, or Vue.js, plus JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Hands-on experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Must be local to Westlake, TX.

Preferred Skills

• Cloud provider certifications.
