Description

You will design scalable distributed architectures and lead the technical evolution of the Java stack.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into high-availability distributed software architectures.
• Evaluate and integrate Java frameworks, cloud services, and database technologies.
• Build proof of concepts to validate new technologies and architecture patterns.
• Diagnose bottlenecks, optimize concurrency, and ensure low-latency application performance.
• Enforce security standards, clean coding practices, and rigorous code review processes.

Required Skills

• 8–10+ years in Java/JEE development, including 2+ years as a formal Software or Java Architect.
• Expert knowledge of Java Core, Advanced features, and Concurrency.
• Strong experience with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Hibernate.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
