Description

Provide technical and architectural leadership for end-to-end microservices implementations on Azure.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and create System Integration and Architecture Design Documents.
• Collaborate with business owners to translate requirements into user stories and prioritize features.
• Architect solutions incrementally and participate in program-level architectural discussions.
• Research new technologies, lead proofs of concept, and guide teams in estimation and PI objectives.
• Ensure development adheres to best practices, enterprise standards, and quality policies.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of technical leadership experience in digital technologies.
• Expertise in building microservices using Kotlin, Ktor, and Java/J2EE.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Web Apps, Containers, and PaaS (Azure Databases, Redis Cache, Functions).
• Proficiency in Spring Boot, Spring Security, Hibernate, and OAuth 2.0.
• Deep understanding of event-based systems and messaging frameworks (Azure Event Hubs, Kafka, or RabbitMQ).
• Experience with Postgres SQL, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong backend skills in API Design, UML, JUnit, and mocking frameworks.
• Working knowledge of NodeJS, TypeScript, ReactJS, NGX, and Progressive Web Applications (PWA).
• Experience working within the SAFe methodology.

Preferred Skills

• Domain experience in Retail and Logistics.
