Description

Own the automation framework and test execution lifecycle for Java-based applications.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Java, Selenium, TestNG, and JUnit.
• Build scalable, reusable automation frameworks following Page Object and Data-Driven patterns.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitLab.
• Conduct performance and load testing using JMeter.
• Analyze test results, troubleshoot defects, and maintain documentation.

Required Skills

• Strong Java programming skills with 5+ years of experience.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, and JUnit.
• Proficiency in Cucumber for behavior-driven development.
• Knowledge of SQL for database validation.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and version control (Git).
• Ability to analyze automated test results and resolve issues.

Preferred Skills

• Experience mentoring junior engineers and conducting code reviews.
• Familiarity with SVN and Jira for project tracking.
