Lead the architecture and strategy for enterprise-wide test automation initiatives, ensuring measurable ROI through long-term roadmaps and framework design.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automation frameworks using Page Object Model, Data Keyword Driven, and BDD approaches.
• Execute test automation strategies across UI, API, and MQ application layers.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to integrate testing into DevOps workflows.
• Oversee technical direction for automation tools and ensure architectural alignment.
• Strategize long-term automation roadmaps to drive efficiency and quality.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of technical expertise in test automation and Agile management.
• Strong proficiency in Java programming.
• Experience designing Page Object Model, Data Keyword Driven, and BDD frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with SCM tools such as GitHub or Bitbucket.
• Experience with Continuous Integration tools like Jenkins.
• Deep understanding of DevOps concepts and building CI/CD pipelines.
• Practical knowledge of performance testing using JMeter.
• Familiarity with APM solutions such as AppDynamics.
• Degree in any graduate field.
