Java Automation Test Engineer

You will lead automation efforts by designing and maintaining desktop-based frameworks and driving testing strategy.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain complete automation frameworks using SmartBear TestComplete.
• Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and product owners to define test requirements and strategies.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to ensure consistent code delivery.
• Conduct root cause analysis on test failures and work with developers to resolve codebase issues.
• Lead and mentor other members of the automation team.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional experience in testing and automation.
• Expertise in SmartBear TestComplete for desktop-based automation.
• Strong programming skills in Java.
• Proficiency in JavaScript.
• Experience designing and maintaining automation frameworks.
• Ability to create detailed test plans and manage cases in Qmetry.
• Experience working within CI/CD pipelines.
• Degree in any field (Any Graduate).

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Qmetry for test case management.
