Description

You will design and lead the implementation of cloud-native application architectures and large-scale data migrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design application and cloud architectures to support complex business requirements.
• Lead migrations from on-premises environments to the cloud.
• Automate cloud provisioning and deprovisioning using CI/CD and automation scripts.
• Translate stakeholder needs into technical requirements and clear directions for engineering teams.
• Manage ambiguous technical situations to provide stability for development teams.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of IT experience in application development and management.
• 10+ years of experience in application and cloud architecture.
• 3+ years of hands-on AWS experience including EC2, RDS, and S3/Block storage.
• Proficiency in Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
• Deep understanding of microservices design patterns and anti-patterns.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using CloudFormation or Terraform.
• Practical experience with DevOps and CI/CD workflows.
• Proven track record in data migration and application transformation.
• Strong ability to establish relationships with stakeholders and communicate technical concepts.

Preferred Skills

• AWS Certifications such as Solutions Architect (Associate or Professional) or DevOps Engineer.
• Experience with FinOps practices.
