Description

Lead the technical direction for a specific domain, owning architecture accountability and design integrity.

Responsibilities

• Generate high-level and low-level designs in partnership with Solution Architects.
• Create solution prototypes, application migration strategies, and data integration patterns.
• Analyze requirements, enterprise specifics, and IT infrastructure to identify solutioning gaps or performance issues.
• Influence technology selection and decision-making processes across the engineering organization.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT governance, security, risk, and compliance teams.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of architecture experience.
• Deep knowledge of AWS services and cloud environments.
• Expertise in Microservices, APIs, and data integration patterns.
• Strong understanding of Information Security (Infosec) principles.
• Experience with DevOps toolsets and CI/CD enablement.
• Proficiency in technical documentation using Confluence, Draw.io, or Visio.
• Ability to manage change, problem, and incident management processes.
• Strong executive presence and ability to articulate technical direction.
• Must be a local candidate in Plano, TX.
