Description

Build and maintain backend services using Java and AWS in Atlanta.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop RESTful APIs and microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
• Manage data persistence using JPA/Hibernate with SQL databases (MySQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL).
• Design and implement containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
• Integrate messaging services such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or AWS SQS.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of backend development experience.
• Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience with JPA/Hibernate for data access.
• Hands-on experience with AWS or equivalent cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with SQL databases (MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL).
• Experience with Docker and containerized deployments.
• Knowledge of CI/CD Pipelines.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
