Description

Design, build, and maintain high-availability Java microservices in AWS, owning the full lifecycle from design to production support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement low-latency, secure-by-design Java microservices.
• Define web architectures, providing estimates and delivery timelines.
• Troubleshoot development and production issues across multiple environments.
• Mentor developers through code reviews, coaching, and technical advice.
• Collaborate with the team to ship new features and enforce code standards.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of hands-on Java application development in client-server environments.
• Strong expertise in Spring Boot and Java Microservices.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka.
• Practical experience working in AWS cloud environments.
• In-depth understanding of Object-Oriented principles and design patterns.
• Strong proficiency with relational databases and SQL queries.
• Experience using Maven, Jenkins, and JIRA.
