You will build and maintain high-availability, low-latency applications in a cloud environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure, performant, and testable code following industry best practices.
• Define web architectures and technical solutions based on business requirements, including estimates and delivery timelines.
• Troubleshoot development and production issues across multiple environments and operating platforms.
• Collaborate with team members to define, design, and ship new features while ensuring adherence to code standards.
• Mentor and support other developers through technical advice and coaching.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on Java application development experience in client-server environments.
• Proficiency with Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience working in AWS cloud environments.
• Experience with Apache Kafka for data streaming.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented (OO) principles and design patterns.
• Practical knowledge of relational databases and writing SQL queries.
• Experience using Maven, Jenkins, and JIRA.
• Familiarity with Terraform and Python.

Preferred Skills

• Experience implementing secure-by-design standards and data protection protocols.
