Description

You will build and implement cloud-native microservices and Java-based applications within an AWS environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop well-structured, maintainable Java code using Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
• Design and implement AWS services including Lambda, Step Functions, CloudWatch, Secrets Manager, and S3.
• Execute full-cycle AWS implementations, including setting up S3 buckets and managing data stores.
• Perform system analysis, prototyping, and technical documentation for assigned deliverables.
• Manage code promotion through development, test, and production environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services: Lambda, Step Functions, CloudWatch, Secrets Manager, and S3.
• Proficiency with data stores including DynamoDB and Amazon RDS.
• Solid SQL skills and experience with relational databases.
• Experience developing and consuming REST services.
• Knowledge of Test Driven Development (TDD) using JUnit, Cucumber, and Mockito.
• Experience with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Maven, Bitbucket, Git, and Jira.
• Background in microservices architecture and SaaS product development.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with API management platforms, design standards, and patterns.
• Familiarity with mutation testing and contract testing.
