Description

Lead the design, development, and support of microservices, RESTful APIs, and MDM services in a cloud-based environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement event-driven architectures using Kafka messaging patterns.
• Manage integration technologies to connect internal services with external applications.
• Collaborate with offshore teams across development, testing, and deployment phases.
• Analyze client requirements to deliver technical solutions through proactive questioning.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in microservices development and support.
• Expertise in Java or Python within cloud environments.
• Strong experience with API gateways and event-driven architectures.
• Proficiency with SQL databases and Master Data Management (MDM) services.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka for messaging.
• Practical experience working within Agile methodologies and deep understanding of the SDLC.
• Ability to work independently and resolve dependencies proactively.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Snowflake data warehousing.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps, Git, GitHub, Jenkins, and OpenShift.
