Description

You will design scalable microservices and lead the migration of on-premises workloads to AWS.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy REST and SOAP APIs and microservices within AWS environments.
• Migrate APIs and workloads from on-premises data centers to AWS.
• Lead technical design and provide architectural support to the development team.
• Analyze requirements to design technical solutions and process architectures.
• Use Jira to track project progress.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on AWS experience using S3, EC2, SQS, SNS, Lambda, EKS, ELB, VPC, RDS, Route 53, and DynamoDB.
• Strong Java/J2EE development expertise with Spring Boot and Hibernate frameworks.
• Proficiency in RDBMS (Oracle) and NoSQL technologies like Apache Cassandra or Elasticsearch.
• Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals, including algorithms, data structures, multithreading, and distributed applications.
• Experience with unit testing using Mockito and working with WebSockets.
• Knowledge of distributed messaging systems such as MQ or Kafka.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or Jules.
• Mandatory AWS Developer or Solution Architect certification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Python, Go, Perl, Ruby, or shell scripting.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Splunk, ELK, or Datadog.
• Background in the banking domain.
