Description

You will lead distributed development teams in designing and implementing cloud-native solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable solutions within AWS cloud environments.
• Lead distributed development teams through technical direction and communication.
• Build and maintain microservices architectures using Java and Spring Boot.
• Implement infrastructure-as-code using Terraform, CloudFormation, or CDK.
• Manage the full software development lifecycle within Agile/Scrum frameworks.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional Java development experience.
• 3+ years of experience designing solutions in AWS.
• Expertise in Java 8+, Spring Boot, and RESTful API design.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Lambda, API Gateway, S3, and RDS.
• Proficiency with DynamoDB, ECS, SNS/SQS, and CloudWatch.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or CDK.
• Practical knowledge of Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading technical direction for distributed teams.
• Strong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
