Lead technical delivery and offshore teams to build enterprise-grade solutions using Java, AWS, and microservices.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead offshore development teams through the full software development lifecycle.
• Design and implement microservices architecture using Java and Spring Boot.
• Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure using AWS services and CloudFormation.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and containerized environments.
• Deliver solutions within Agile frameworks like Scrum or Kanban.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Expertise in Java and Spring Boot.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, API Gateway).
• Proficiency with Microservices architecture.
• Experience with Docker and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Maven).
• Knowledge of RESTful services and JSON.
• Experience with message brokers (Kafka, SQS, or SNS).

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
