You will lead technical delivery and oversee offshore teams to build enterprise-grade solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead offshore development teams through the full software development lifecycle.
  • Design and implement microservices architecture using Java and Spring Boot.
  • Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure using AWS services and CloudFormation.
  • Maintain CI/CD pipelines and containerized environments.
  • Deliver solutions within Agile frameworks like Scrum or Kanban.

Required Skills

  • 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
  • Expertise in Java and Spring Boot.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services including EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, and API Gateway.
  • Proficiency with Microservices architecture.
  • Experience with Docker and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, and Maven.
  • Knowledge of RESTful services and JSON.
  • Experience with message brokers such as Kafka, SQS, or SNS.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
