Description

Lead technical direction for an Agile scrum team building greenfield capabilities on AWS.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, testing, and deployment through CI/CD pipelines.
• Design and implement cloud-native, serverless, and event-driven architectures.
• Execute high-priority tasks within two-week sprints, covering UI to AWS configuration.
• Collaborate with an 8-person scrum team to deliver new features.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in Java development.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.
• Proficiency with NodeJS and Angular.
• Experience with DynamoDB and Aurora databases.
• Proven background in serverless and event-driven architecture.
• Experience working in an Agile scrum environment.

Preferred Skills

• Graduate degree in Computer Science or related field.
