Description

You will lead the technical implementation of Java-based microservices on AWS.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain microservices using Core Java/J2EE principles.
• Implement data pipelines leveraging AWS Glue, Spark, and EMR.
• Design REST-based web services and manage SQL queries on MySQL.
• Manage messaging infrastructure using Kafka and RabbitMQ.
• Document system designs using UML and design patterns.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expertise in Core Java/J2EE, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud services including Lambda, MSK, and Kinesis.
• Proficiency with container orchestration systems like Kubernetes and ECS.
• Strong experience with Kafka and related messaging systems.
• Experience building and maintaining microservices architecture.
• Proficiency with Git and Maven for source control and dependency management.
• Familiarity with JUnit or Spock for testing.

Preferred Skills

• Experience writing detailed design documents and applying design patterns.
