Description

You will build and maintain high-availability backend systems using Java, Spring Boot, and Azure cloud services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop backend services using Java, Spring Boot, J2EE, and RESTful APIs.
• Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker, Kubernetes, Podman, or OpenShift.
• Manage data persistence with PostgreSQL and other RDBMS solutions.
• Drive code quality through TDD/BDD practices using PyTest and Cucumber.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and Jenkins.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in backend development.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, J2EE, and REST.
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services and Azure development.
• Experience with containerization, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency with GitLab CI/CD and DevOps toolsets.
• Experience with build tools such as Maven or Gradle.
• Solid understanding of RDBMS concepts and PostgreSQL.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Kafka, Databricks, PySpark, Scala, or Python.
• Familiarity with Elastic Search.
