Description

You will build and maintain scalable, low-latency distributed systems and data orchestration services, leading small engineering teams through discovery and implementation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the discovery phase for medium to large projects to define high-level designs.
• Direct a small group of 3 to 4 engineers on assigned engineering projects.
• Implement end-to-end services, data feed ingestion, and orchestration.
• Design and deploy low-latency services and high-performance ETL solutions for big data.
• Troubleshoot production and business issues to ensure objective alignment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in back-end development.
• Strong proficiency in Java, J2EE, and Spring Boot.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka and event-based architecture.
• Experience with Event Sourcing and design patterns.
• Practical knowledge of Cassandra, SQL, and NoSQL databases.
• Experience building scalable, distributed systems in virtualized cloud environments.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and continuous development environments.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in any graduate field.
