Description

You will design and build microservices using Java 21 and Spring Boot, integrating with AWS or Azure cloud services and Oracle databases. You own the full software development lifecycle in an Agile environment, ensuring high-quality delivery of scalable back-end systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain microservices-based applications using Java 21 and Spring Boot.
• Integrate cloud services from AWS or Azure and manage data persistence with Oracle databases.
• Implement event-driven architectures using Kafka to handle asynchronous communication.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver features in an Agile workflow.
• Write efficient SQL queries and ensure robust integration between front-end React components and back-end APIs.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of industry experience in IT development.
• Strong proficiency in Java 21 and Microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Spring and Spring Boot frameworks.
• Experience deploying and integrating with AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
• Proficiency in building back-end APIs consumed by React front-ends.
• Knowledge of Apache Kafka for messaging and event streaming.
• Experience with Oracle or similar relational databases and SQL.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with financial markets, instruments, and trade lifecycles.
