Description

You will architect and lead the development of high-performance, fault-tolerant backend services and distributed systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve backend architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability of enterprise platforms.
• Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using Java and modern frameworks.
• Implement security measures including OAuth2, SSO, and centralized entitlements while adhering to cyber defense standards.
• Optimize system performance through caching strategies, asynchronous processing, and efficient data access patterns.
• Mentor senior developers, conduct code reviews, and lead root cause analysis for complex production issues.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of extensive experience in backend software development.
• Deep expertise in Java, Microservices, and Distributed Systems.
• Strong experience with RESTful APIs, OAuth2, and Database Management.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration.
• Proficiency in Cloud Technologies and infrastructure management.
• Demonstrated track record in a Principal or Lead Developer role.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with GCP, AWS, NoSQL databases, and Oracle.
• Knowledge of AI adoption, ReactJS, and Identity and Access Management (IAM).
