Description

You will own the design, development, and maintenance of core payment backend systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain payment capabilities including checkout, payouts, reconciliation, ledgering, and KYC.
• Lead full lifecycle projects from initial system design through to production rollout.
• Ensure system scalability, reliability, and performance tuning.
• Manage observability and troubleshooting of production systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in back end development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Kotlin.
• Proficiency with Kafka and Kubernetes.
• Experience working within AWS environments.
• Deep domain expertise in at least three payments areas: checkout, payouts, ledgering, reconciliation, interchange, or KYC.
• Proven ability to lead projects from design to deployment.
• Degree in any field.
