Description

• Design and implement full-stack solutions across Python, Java/Kotlin, React, PostgreSQL, and Snowflake
• Lead ETL pipeline development and optimization, ensuring data flows efficiently and reliably
• Architect and build scalable backend services and modern frontend applications
• Champion AI/LLM integration and prompt engineering best practices across the team
• Drive adoption of best-in-class testing frameworks, DevOps practices, and SDLC discipline
• Lead code reviews, establish engineering standards, and mentor junior engineers
• Participate in security and architectural design reviews
• Contribute to GitHub-based development workflows and CI/CD pipeline improvements
• Troubleshoot production issues and drive reliability improvements

What do you need to succeed?
Must-have:

• 5 years of software development experience across multiple languages/frameworks
• Deep expertise in Java/Kotlin
• Understanding in Python
• Strong frontend skills with React and modern JavaScript
• Database experience with PostgreSQL and Snowflake (or similar data warehouses)
• Hands-on experience with ETL tools and data pipeline development
• Proficiency with DevOps tools (GitHub, CI/CD, containerization)
• Strong understanding of testing frameworks and SDLC best practices
• Experience with API design and microservices architecture
• Proven mentoring and leadership capabilities

Nice to Have:

• AI/LLM and prompt engineering experience
• Security testing tools experience (Checkmarx, NexusIQ, or similar)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
