Description

You will lead architectural design and hands-on development for high-scale backend systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable microservices using Java, Spring Boot, or Golang.
• Write and maintain production-grade code on a daily basis.
• Optimize system performance through deep analysis, troubleshooting, and process-level engineering.
• Manage Kubernetes environments, including scheduling, networking, security, and resource management.
• Build and package services for Kubernetes deployment within CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as an active developer using Java, Spring Boot, or Golang.
• Expertise in program design, data structures, algorithms, and multi-threading.
• Deep understanding of JVM runtimes, resource constraints, and garbage collectors.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, including kubectl and YAML descriptors.
• Practical experience troubleshooting Kubernetes environments and deployed code.
• Knowledge of OpenShift, EKS, AKS, or Pivotal Cloud Foundry.
• Strong understanding of databases and query languages.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within product-based companies.
• Proficiency with GitLab.
