Description

You will develop and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate with external services.
• Build and maintain microservices architectures ensuring high availability.
• Participate in system design and contribute to architectural decisions.
• Ensure code quality through unit testing and rigorous code reviews.
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in backend development.
• Strong expertise in Java (Java 8 or above).
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Spring MVC.
• Proficiency with REST APIs, HTTP protocols, and JSON.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB).
• Proficiency in JUnit for unit and integration testing.
• Experience with CI/CD practices (Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps).
• Familiarity with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with microservices architecture deployment.
