Description

You will design and maintain Java-based microservices for high-throughput data processing and real-time messaging.

Responsibilities

• Architect data pipelines using Kafka Streams, topics, producers, and consumers.
• Develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and optimize relational database operations.
• Integrate microservices with Kafka to ensure reliable, secure data flow.
• Build and consume RESTful APIs, integrating third-party services while maintaining data integrity.
• Deploy, scale, and manage services using Docker and Kubernetes in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional Java development experience (Java 8+).
• Strong expertise in SQL, including complex query writing and database optimization.
• Deep understanding of Apache Kafka architecture, including Streams and producer/consumer patterns.
• Hands-on experience integrating Kafka with microservices for real-time data processing.
• Solid experience designing microservices, RESTful APIs, and service-oriented architectures.
• Proficiency with Docker containerization and Kubernetes orchestration.
• Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and related frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
