Description

You will design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based backend applications and microservices.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices using Spring Boot.
• Implement security best practices, including authentication and authorization protocols.
• Manage data storage and retrieval using SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure software quality and reliability.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize backend code within CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in backend development.
• Strong proficiency in Java (JDK 8+ or 11+).
• Expertise in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Security.
• Extensive experience with RESTful API development and JSON.
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
• Deep understanding of microservices architecture and event-driven systems.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Knowledge of authentication protocols such as JWT, OAuth2, or SAML.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI/CD.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with messaging queues including Kafka or RabbitMQ.
