Description

Build and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop high-performance microservices and REST APIs.
• Implement and maintain application logic while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Write clean, testable code and conduct unit testing throughout the development lifecycle.
• Deploy builds, troubleshoot production issues, and coordinate with QA and support teams.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, grooming user stories, and refining technical requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Strong proficiency in building microservices and Spring REST APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Hibernate and SQL databases (Oracle RDBMS, MySQL).
• Familiarity with AWS for backend infrastructure and deployment.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Maven, Bitbucket, or Gitlab.
• Ability to analyze user requirements and define system functionality.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills for environmental and production issues.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Agile methodologies and user story grooming.
• Background in defining application objectives and ensuring design conformity.
