Description

You will architect, develop, and maintain scalable backend services while leading a team of engineers to deliver fintech projects.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build RESTful microservices using Java Spring Boot and Spring Cloud.
• Implement resilient patterns such as circuit breakers for distributed systems.
• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, overseeing technical delivery.
• Manage end-to-end project timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps for seamless execution.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Proficiency in Java 8 and Object-Oriented Design.
• Extensive experience with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Hibernate ORM.
• Hands-on experience with REST-based microservices.
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and MySQL.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud platforms.
• Working knowledge of Kafka and Linux/Unix systems.
• Previous experience in technical leadership or delivery management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the fintech industry with knowledge of regulatory requirements.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, SAFe Agilist, or Agile.
