Description

You will design and maintain scalable REST API services and backend architectures.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build low-latency, fault-tolerant architectures for web and mobile applications.
• Develop data communication pipelines using Kafka.
• Implement unit and automation testing frameworks to ensure high code coverage.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform bug fixes, and prevent defect re-occurrence.
• Demonstrate features to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of backend development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java fundamentals, Collections, and Data Structures.
• Experience designing and building REST API services.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka for data communication.
• Knowledge of Microservice and Java design patterns.
• Proficiency with Git and Jenkins for CI/CD.
• Experience with testing tools: JUnit, Mockito, TestNG, Selenium, Mocha, and Chai.
• Ability to use JMeter for load testing.
• Experience using JIRA for defect tracking.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Spring, Hibernate, and Tomcat.
