Description

You will build and maintain backend services using Java and Spring technologies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable microservices and REST APIs.
• Implement and maintain backend logic using Core Java and Spring Boot.
• Write unit tests using JUnit to ensure code quality.
• Manage containerized deployments using Docker, OpenShift, and Helm.
• Collaborate with clients or onsite counterparts to meet technical requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in backend development.
• Proficiency in Core Java, J2EE, and Object-Oriented Programming.
• Strong experience with Spring Boot, Spring Core, and Spring Webflow.
• Hands-on experience with Microservices and REST API development.
• Practical knowledge of Docker, OpenShift, Helm, and Jenkins.
• Experience with Git, BitBucket, Maven, and Gradle.
• Working knowledge of SQL and Apache Kafka.
• Familiarity with XML and XSD.
• Competency in TDD, design principles, and patterns.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the Payment or Travel domain.
• Knowledge of Splunk, Groovy, and Postman.
