Job Description

We are looking for experienced Java Backend Developers with strong core Java expertise to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building enterprise-grade REST APIs, writing clean and maintainable code, and working in Agile development environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend applications using Core Java.
• Design and build scalable RESTful APIs.
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following coding standards.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance.
• Work with databases to design queries and improve performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and Product teams.
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
• Follow Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Required Skills

Mandatory Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Core Java
• Good understanding of Java Collections, Multithreading, Exception Handling
• Strong knowledge of OOPs Concepts
• Experience in developing REST APIs
• Good understanding of SQL and relational databases
• Experience with Git or similar version control systems
• Understanding of Maven/Gradle
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills

Good to Have

• Experience with Spring Boot or Java frameworks
• Knowledge of Microservices architecture
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines
• Experience working in Agile teams

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 5–8 years of backend Java development experience.
• Strong coding and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in enterprise application development.
• Able to join within 15 days.
• Willing to work from Chennai
