Description

You will design, develop, and maintain Java applications that drive business operations. You own the full software development lifecycle, from defining features to shipping code and optimizing for scalability.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement high-quality Java-based applications using Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, design solutions, and ship new features.
• Lead and mentor junior developers while conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex performance issues, ensuring optimal speed and security.
• Contribute to architectural decisions, technical documentation, and agile improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in core Java development.
• Proficiency in Spring Boot and microservices patterns.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Lambda and serverless functions.
• Strong SQL database skills (Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL).
• Working knowledge of at least one NoSQL database.
• Familiarity with Java 8 lambda syntax and functional programming concepts.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable code based on explained logic.
