Required Skills
- 10+ years of software development with strong hands-on Java coding (80–90% backend development).
- Lead Java Backend Developer (80-90% Backend Coding) + 20% Devops (AWS Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines)
- Expert in Java, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, REST APIs, and microservices.
- Strong AWS cloud-native application development and distributed systems architecture.
- Hands-on Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, AWS CodeDeploy).
- Experience with Kafka, Redis, PostgreSQL, and Linux/Unix.
- Strong observability, monitoring, logging, production troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
- Experience with cloud migration, scalable system design, code reviews, technical leadership, and mentoring.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
