Description

Develop and maintain scalable backend services using Java and microservices architecture.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage microservices using Spring Boot and MVC architecture.
• Implement secure and efficient data persistence layers with Spring Data JPA and Hibernate.
• Deploy and orchestrate containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Manage cloud infrastructure and messaging services across AWS and Azure environments.
• Write and maintain high-quality code using functional programming and design patterns.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with Core Java, including Stream API, Collections, Generics, and Thread Management.
• Expertise in Spring Boot, covering Dependency Injection, Spring Security, Spring AOP, and Global Exception Handling.
• Strong understanding of Microservices patterns, including API Gateway and Discovery Services.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services: EC2, Lambda, S3, SQS, and SNS.
• Experience with Azure Web Hosting.
• Proficiency in SQL, specifically MySQL queries and joins.
• Knowledge of NoSQL concepts and MongoDB.
• Practical experience with Docker, Docker Compose, and Image Management.
• Competency in Kubernetes, including POD, Cluster, Config Map, and Secret management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with JUnit and Swagger for testing and documentation.
• Familiarity with Executor Service and Persistence Context management.
