Description

Design and build RESTful APIs within a microservices architecture.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build RESTful APIs using microservices architecture.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using BitBucket, Jenkins, Maven, and Gradle.
• Manage data persistence using MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
• Contribute to automation efforts to improve Development and QA workflows.
• Monitor application performance, logging, and system health.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Java and Python for server-side development.
• Strong experience with MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
• Solid understanding of Git, including branching and merging strategies.
• Experience with CI/CD tools: BitBucket, Jenkins, Maven, Gradle.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (GCP or AWS).
• Experience with application logging and monitoring tools (ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, or Google Cloud Logging).
• BS degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with GraphDB and NoSQL databases.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift.
