Description

You will own the full software development lifecycle, from requirements elicitation and design to coding, testing, and production support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Document business requirements and design decisions to guide technical implementation.
• Develop and integrate new features using Java and Spring Boot while maintaining system stability.
• Conduct code reviews, manage repositories, and coordinate bug fixes to uphold quality standards.
• Resolve production issues, implement test strategies, and recommend preventive measures.
• Create user training programs, documentation, and support frameworks for new applications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development using Java and Spring Boot.
• Proficiency in Java 8, REST APIs, and Spring Security.
• Experience with PL/SQL and relational database interactions.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end SDLC, from requirement gathering to implementation.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable development tasks.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams for software integration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building and deploying scalable microservices-based applications.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
