Description

You will build and maintain backend services using Java technologies.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain microservices using Spring Boot.
• Design and implement REST APIs for service communication.
• Refactor and modernize legacy applications onto distributed platforms.
• Work with relational databases, including Microsoft SQL Server.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with Core Java.
• Expertise in Spring Boot and Spring Batch.
• Strong experience with Kafka.
• Proficiency in developing Microservices and REST APIs.
• Experience with Python (2+ years).
• Hands-on knowledge of containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with relational databases (Microsoft SQL Server, DB2, etc.).
• Experience in Core Banking or Financial/Wealth management domain.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to AI/ML.
• Experience with Azure or other cloud platforms.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins/TeamCity).
